Last week I got a phone call
from John. He was having a hard
time getting the lock open on his front door. He wanted me to come over, go in through the garage then let
him in. I made my way there, got
into the house, let John in and watched him make his way up the stairs. It’s a good thing that he’s got a
strong upper body because those legs are doing less and less for him every day.
In the end he rewarded me with a Wint-o-green Lifesaver that he’d picked up at
the Fawcett Autobody. I felt like
a hero.
Karla and I took a
photography workshop last week and I am making it my mission to practice taking
pictures using the manual mode.
It’s going to take a lot of work but I’m sure it’ll pay off in about
twenty or so years. This is Lego
City, population 1.
